• 2 cups macaroni noodles
• 2/3 cup sharp cheddar, grated
• 4 oz. Velveeta, grated or cut into small pieces
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp milk
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Add cheddar, velveeta, butter, and milk. Stir until cheese is melted, and pasta is evenly coated. Makes 3-4 servings. Top with fresh parmesan if you have it on hand.

Looks tasty(just like noodles & co). My kids like my baked mac & cheese but will barely touch the boxed kind. This looks even easier, so will have to try it.
